Nothing below is deliberately vague. If something you need is not in the “Included” column, assume it is not included and ask before you pay.
Included
- One design direction of your choice from the website collection, tailored to your practice
- Up to five core pages
- A coherent visual identity: typography, a colour palette, and a refined typographic wordmark
- Your words set properly, and edited for clarity where they need it
- Your images prepared, cropped and optimised for the web
- Your existing logo applied instead, if you already have one you want to keep
- Responsive build across common phone, tablet and desktop sizes
- Accessibility, performance and security good practice
- Essential on-page SEO: page titles, descriptions, headings, alt text, sitemap
- A contact route appropriate to a therapy practice
- Two consolidated revision rounds
- Pre-launch checks and launch support
- Thirty days of minor corrections after launch
What you supply
- Draft page copy — your own words, in whatever state they are in
- Accurate practice details: qualifications, memberships, fees, availability, location
- Your chosen design direction from the collection
- Your logo files, if you have one you want to keep
- Photographs you own or are licensed to use, or agreement to use scoped licensed imagery
- Your domain name, or access to buy and connect one
- One consolidated set of feedback per revision round
All of this is collected through one Website Content Questionnaire after payment. You do not have to prepare it before you buy.
Not included
- Positioning, niche or practice strategy
- Copywriting from a blank page, or rewriting your practice in new language
- Several competing design concepts
- A full brand strategy, or an original illustrated logo
- Pages beyond the five agreed, or features outside the chosen design system
- Online booking, payment, membership, course or client-portal systems
- Photography, illustration or video production
- Domain registration fees, paid font licences or stock image licences
- Ongoing hosting, maintenance or content updates after the thirty-day corrections window
- Email hosting, or migration of an existing mailbox
- Marketing, advertising, directory management or social media
