Tell me about your practice.

A few lines on what you do and what you need, and five short questions. I’ll reply personally with my recommendation and the next step. You don’t need to know what features or technical setup you need. Working that out is my job.

The first three practices are £495. The standard price after them is £995, for exactly the same work. The first three are less because they are the first three times the whole process runs with a real therapist. The full explanation.

These questions let me make my reply specific to your practice. This opens an email in your own email app; nothing typed here is stored by the website.

Your profession, any professional membership or registration, and whether you work in person, online or both.
Would a single, carefully designed page give you what you need for now? It can include who you are, how you work, fees, practical information and an enquiry form. For most private practices it is the right place to start. If you are unsure, say so and I’ll recommend.
For example several pages, online booking or a blog. A rough idea is plenty.
Do you already own a domain name?
Do you have recent photographs of yourself, or could you arrange some within approximately two weeks?

Who you work with, anything in the work you particularly liked, or a question. A couple of lines is plenty.

From me, not from an automatic reply. Monday to Friday, excluding English bank holidays.
You get a clear recommendation
What I think your practice needs, and whether I am the right person for it, with the reason. There is no follow-up if you decide against it.
Nothing is agreed until it is agreed in writing
The scope and the price are confirmed in writing before anything is payable, and nothing is booked until the £100 deposit is paid. Read the whole scope.
The questions shape my reply
They tell me what to ask next and whether one page suits your practice. Nobody is turned away by an answer.
