Therapy does not need to be rushed, forced, or overcomplicated. We start with what feels important and work from there.

What sessions are like

Sessions offer a private space to pause, speak honestly, and begin to make sense of what has been going on.

I will not push you to talk about anything before you are ready. We can explore things steadily and carefully, without pressure to have all the answers straight away.

What we might explore

We might look at stress, patterns, relationships, difficult decisions, emotions, or the things that feel hard to explain elsewhere.

The aim is to help you understand yourself more clearly and find ways forward that feel more manageable.
